Firstly, I appreciate the timely fulfillment of my order. However, I did encounter a minor issue with your customer service during the delivery process. The courier initially hesitated to hand over the phone due to an ID-related matter. Contacting CompAsia through various channels like your CP number, WhatsApp, and Viber was challenging, but fortunately, I had an old ID to resolve the situation.
Moving on to the iPhone 12 Pro Max itself, I must say I am highly impressed with its performance and features. The camera capabilities are exceptional, enabling me to effortlessly capture stunning photos and videos. The device's display is vibrant and immersive, enhancing my overall user experience.
Furthermore, the phone's battery life has been impressive, offering ample usage time without frequent recharging. Its processing power ensures smooth multitasking, seamlessly handling various applications.
On the downside, the phone's Globe Locked status can be somewhat restrictive, limiting the option to use other carriers. However, I was aware of this limitation from the purchase's clear disclosure.

Good as new
I was hesitant at first to buy the iPhone 12 Pro Max and it took 8 days at transit after I received the product. Overall the product is in excellent condition, no dents and scratches except for dirts surrounding the screen and front speaker. Recommended shop, will buy an iPad if they will restock soon.
