Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Truly Excellent in Quality!

Second time to purchase here in CompAsia on behalf of a friend. She was extremely pleased with the excellent quality, it just have a tiny spec of dirt near the switch but definitely doable and can be cleaned. She really liked the pink phone and was even crazy to have received a pink cord. Thank you! I'm looking forward for my next purchase but that will be a year or so.
