Feb 14 (Wed): order placed at 11:00 PM
Feb 15 (Thu): Customer Service emailed to let me know that they found out upon testing that my order, Samsung A52 5G was defecfive (not charging). They gave me four options:
1. Wait for it to be restocked (no timeline)
2. Buy a cheaper unit and I will get a partial refund in a form of voucher that I can use for my next purchase with them
3. Buy a more expensive unit then I will just settle the price difference.
4. Get a full refund (10-14 banking days)
I chose option #3 and ordered Samsung A33 5G which was priced at 7,950. I initially paid 6,100 for a fair condition of the A52 5G, and on the same night, I paid the price difference which was 1,850 via Maya.
Feb 16 (Fri): I got an email confirmation from Customer Service this morning that they will begin to process my order, and I will get another email once it is ready to ship. Around 8:00 PM, I got another email with the tracking number of Gogo Xpress, including instructions on how I can track my parcel.
Feb 17 (Sat): Compasia is on rest day.
Feb 18 (Sun): Compasia is on rest day.
Feb 19 (Mon): Parcel is in Pasig hub.
Feb 20 (Tues): Parcel is in Marikina hub.
Feb 21 (Wed): Parcel is in Marikina hub.
Feb 22 (Thu): Parcel has been delivered.
