We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Kindly send us an email at customerservice_ph@compasia.com and provide the following information:

Order #: (order # usually starts with #CAP)
Return reason: (attached photos if applicable)
 

Our customer service representative will reach out to you within 24-48 hours (weekdays only) to confirm the pick up schedule or if you can drop off the package. Kindly include your official receipt before packing your items in order to avoid delays in processing your return. Please be reminded that you need a confirmation from our customer service representative before you proceed to return the device. 

Device Diagnostic

Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive online store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your online store credit.
