We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.
How do I return or exchange my order?

Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive online store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your online store credit.

All good, as expected may konting scratch for a refurbish phone but everything is good.
At first, I wasn’t sure about placing the order, but I felt relieved when the item arrived. It was packed well in a box, so there were no issues with shipping.
As for the phone, I was planning to review it after a month, but so far, it’s working fine. After using it for more than a week, though, I did notice some issues. When I unboxed it, I saw a deep scratches on the screen. I already expected some scratches since I ordered the “good” condition one, but I was hoping there wouldn’t be anything too major. Still, it’s not a big deal.
The only thing that really concerns me is that the phone heats up pretty fast when using the camera. Sometimes it gets a bit alarming. I looked it up, and opinions are mixed on whether it’s normal or not. But aside from that, everything runs smoothly with no issues in everyday use. Overall, despite those concerns, the phone is still good and works well for daily tasks.
