Everything you need to know about CompAsia trade-in via website.
Your payment will be made into your bank account or e-wallet (within 3 working days) once we receive the device.
- Back up your data such as contacts and important files that you do not want to lose.
- Ensure that SIM and any memory cards are removed before handing over the device. Any SIM or memory cards found will be destroyed to ensure that your personal information remains secured.
- For iPhones, remove your Apple ID and passcode.
- For Androids, remove your Google Account from your device. Ensure that you have disabled any security lock settings on your device as well.
- Do not delete or factory reset your device before our courier arrives, because the CompAsia application is required during the pick-up process.
No accessories are needed for smartphones and tablets.
For MacBooks, iMacs, and smartwatches: please include the original power cord or charger.
- You must be the legal owner of the device.
- Your device must not be tied to any existing contract with Telcos.
- The device must not be network- or IMEI-blocked, and must not be reported as stolen or counterfeit.
- We only accept devices that are unlocked from iCloud (Apple) and Google accounts (Android).
