Everything you need to know about CompAsia trade-in app.
- Login the “CompAsia” App using your phone number or email address.
- Click on “Start Trade-in” to diagnose your device.
- Complete a series of tests to access the functionalities of your device.
- Declare the physical and screen conditions of your device.
- Place an order and enter your personal details for pick up.
- Enter your bank account details for payment from CompAsia.
- Submit your order.
- CompAsia Customer Service will contact you within 24 hours upon placement of
order.
Your trade-in payment will be made into your bank account within 3 working days.
- Back up your data such as contacts and important files that you do not want to lose.
- Ensure that SIM and any memory cards are removed before handing over the trade-in device. Any SIM or memory cards found will be destroyed to ensure that your personal information remains secured.
- For iPhones, remove your Apple ID and passcode.
- For Androids, remove your Google Account from your device. Ensure that you have disabled any security lock settings on your device as well.
- Do not delete or factory reset your device before our courier arrives as CompAsia application is required during the pick-up process.
No accessories are needed for smartphones and tablets.
For MacBooks, iMacs, and smartwatches: please include the original power cord or charger.
- You must be the legal owner of the trade-in device.
- Your trade-in device must not be tied to any existing contract with Telcos.
- The phone must not be network and IMEI blocked, reported as stolen or counterfeit.
- We only accept devices that are unlocked from iCloud and Google accounts.
Yes, we accept defective smartphones as long as you are able to install CompAsia App and complete the diagnostic process. Price quotation would differ depending on the defects of your device.

If you prefer to trade-in your devices in-person, you may walk into our Headquarters and proceed to trade-in there with the assistance of our staff.
