Device Diagnostic

Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive online store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your online store credit.

Good decision to support CompAsia's advocacy

S24+ Excellent Condition

The device is good as new and the experience is great the only thing I dislike was the LBC courier as they are so slow on delivery and their tracker doesn't even accurately tell where the package is. Good thing the CS of compasia is responsive.
