Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Although, the product itself is good on its appearance, I was a bit shock that it only has 84% battery despite me ordering an excellent one (tho the type of grading is based on its appearance)

Iphone 15 Review

I’m still using it and enjoying every moment as a first-time Apple user. My only complaint was that it took about a week to get everything sorted, but that’s understandable since you only have a few staff there. It has a few scratches on the case, but nothing serious. I’m really loving it so far.
