Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive online store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your online store credit.

S22 has been function well, except for the batteries which i believe is a common issue because of its low rating capacity but overall satisfied hence its hard to find small size phone nowadays, the main reason i bought it. Thanks Compasia hope i get to never use the warranty on this phone.

So far so good!
It's been a week since I received the S22 5G. And I gotta say, so far so good with the unit. I can't still believe I got this unit for a lower price, so thank you, Compasia! I'll definitely buy again.
P.S. Hope you can find another courier. They gave me anxienty wheter it will arrive on that day or not. Unfortunately, it arrived after the committed date.

Flagship phone for cheap!
The phone is amazing and feels brand new even when it's listed as "Good" condition! There are a few minor light scratches on the screen but nothing to be particularly concerned of. Camera lenses do not have any kind of scratches on them which is a great deal for people like me who take pictures on their phones often.
