We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Our customer service representative will reach out to you within 24-48 hours (weekdays only) to confirm the pick up schedule or if you can drop off the package. Kindly include your official receipt before packing your items in order to avoid delays in processing your return. Device Diagnostic
Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive online store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your online store credit.

First ever purchase here at compasia so medyo kabado through the process, but it turns out to be legit naman. I ordered a z fold 4 with a "fair" grade but honestly it looks way better than that, and the unit it self works pretty well. I have no issues with the phone and i hope it stays that way. One thing you should keep in mind is that they don't give charging cables anymore even though it was listed on what's inside the box.

First time I paid upfront cash, buying a phone here at compasia. It was a nerve racking experience, but I took a chance because the deal is really good. I read comments and so forth. When I ordered and gave me a tracking number via LBC, it's kinda relief. But when the package was delivered and it's not me who accepted it. The stressed intensified. Sadly, it was a wrong tracking number they gave me. When compasia settled it, then LBC didn't deliver my package in my place because it was a incomplete address. That's messed up because I gave them my whole address. So I ended up picking it up at their warehouse. It was a stressing experience because I paid the phone already. But, when I opened the package, good thing it's not a stone. It's legit Samsung fold 4 in good condition. What a relief. Will I buy a phone again in this store? Absolutely, if I have money 😁. Thanks compasia, I got my dream phone that cause me 1/4 of the price. Also, you need to improve your IT system. You figure it out.
