Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive online store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your online store credit.

The phone is in a very excellent condition, the only thing that I didn't like is that, it only comes with the unit. I hope someday they'll include the Original Box and accessories of the phone if it is available. Overall the experience is good and there's nothing wrong with the phone. I will definitely recommend it and I'll buy here again soon.
