Item is in great shape but my preferred color is not followed, anyway its still a great deal

The item itself is flawless, so smooth, it felt like brand new. My only problem is it took so long to be delivered, only to find out that they're out of stock. They replaced my order in Titanium black instead of Titanium Gray, which I don't mind. Overall, I am satisfied with my order, even though the timeframe is quite frustrating.

It Feels Brand New

I opted to buy a used phone to minimize my environmental and social impact. I am very happy with this decision!

I got a very nice, high quality phone for a fraction of the price (less ~40% from brand new price). It arrived safely and was well packed. It's good that it had no charger since my old charger still works very well. It had a few minor scratches on the screen, but they virtually disappeared after adding a screen protector. The body itself had no scratches or dents.

I am very happy and will highly recommend this shop! I hope to use this for at least 5 years before I even consider buying another one. And when I do, I'm going back to this shop. 👍
