Possible improvement/s:
-Packaging - since there's only the phone inside better to focus all the space on protecting the phone inside the box.

I was worried initially since it was my first time, but it all faded when I received my phone a few days later. I was surprised at the pristine quality it had for second-hand and I'd definitely come back if I needed another one some day.
