Device Diagnostic
Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive online store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your online store credit.

Screen: Scratches that are barely noticeable when the screen is on
Body: Minor signs of wear such as minor scratches and stains, along with possible minor dents/dings, not noticeable from 1 arm distance *this is a worst case scenario for this grade
Expectation: Expected to have subtle signs of use, barely noticeable during normal use.
Screen: Minor but visible scratches that are barely noticeable if you turn on the screen
Body: Visible scratches, and stains, along with possible visible dents/dings on the body *this is a worst case scenario for this grade
Expectation: Visible signs of use, fully functional with slight cosmetic imperfections.

The package arrived after 4 days. The unit is in pristine condition. Minus the box however it would have been nicer if they included the original charger cable from Samsung. I guess a third party charger is the way to go.
It requires a lot of patience as they only respond via email and there's no customer service to assist during weekends. Once your order is ready to be delivered, you need to allow at least a day to track it.
Btw, they also included a freebie - a globe 5G sim even though the unit is factory unlocked.

I ordered Samsung Galaxy S23 256GB (Excellent) last November 25 and after 3-4 days, I already received it. Tbh, this was the first time I ordered online and it was really a roller coaster of emotions.
The unit itself: I received it with CompAsia's box. No charger included.
Physically, the unit has no scratches at all. As in. Looks so brand new.
Performance, all working. I've been using it for two weeks now and it's all good!
