Pristine device, but order status communication could be clearer

The Galaxy S24+ arrived in pristine condition and works exactly as expected. I am highly satisfied with the quality of the device itself.

However, there is room for improvement regarding order communication. My order status remained as "unfulfilled" when it actually required verification. It would be much clearer if the website status was updated to "verification required" in these instances. Alternatively, since I cannot always check my email inbox, receiving an SMS or a quick phone call for urgent order matters would be a massive help.

Overall, a great product, but a few tweaks to the communication process would make the buying experience perfect.

My new second hand phone

Hi everyone good day. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S24 plus from Comsasia and its been more than 18 days. I recieved the phone almost 2 weeks after my purchase and I must say, praise God its was a good choice. Aside from a few scretches on the frame, it looks like its brandnew, hence my new second hand phone. The battery life is still really good too thanks God. Its worth the purchase. My only comment is that it took longer than I thought it would that to arrive and that made me abit worried bec. Off course you spent a relatively big amount on the purchase. And lastly the handling of the box, it did not come in perfect condition, it looked like it has pressed down quite abit, praise God nothing happened to the phone inside.

Anyhow, I am actually now planning a second purchase. A unit for my husband in due time. Thanks Comsasia. God bless.
