Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

I just got an iPhone 13, and it feels brand new! It's in flawless condition, with 100% battery health and still under Apple warranty until next year. I also checked its details and verified with Apple. It's 100% original with no repairs or replacements. The battery is still perfect, though I've noticed it drains a bit faster than expected.
