Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

I was so surprisedddddd. Exceeded my expectations. I knew it was preloved but it felt so brand new + battery health was still at 100, 50 cycle so it was really barely used. Definitely gonna buy again next time
