Unit is as good as brand new... definitely a good buy..
Idk—maybe I was too excited—but it took a whole week just to get this phone, even though the courier’s branch or HQ is in Quezon City, and I’m just coming from Cavite. I got the "Good" grade, yes there are scratches but it's almost nonexistent, barely noticeable especially when you put a case on it and I got it in cream/white color.
The only thing that bothers me is that the manufacture's pre-installed screen protector got removed. As far as I know, it shouldnt be. Hopefully it won't cause any issues like touch sensitivity problems or damage to the screen.
I bought a “Good” cosmetic grade z flip 5 and the phone was almost in pristine condition, definitely more than what I expected.
Have been using the phone nonstop and haven't encountered any problem in the software or the hinge. The unit is so smooth, I prefer to use it without a case.
