Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Purchased one in 'good' condition. Outer and inner screens both flawless. Only 2 small scratches on the edges of the frame. Good buy. Would buy again.
