The phone arrived intact. I opted for the excellent condition option. The phone has few minor scratches in the screen but only when looking deeply. After installing tempered glass the scratches are unnoticeable. Overall the body of the phone is in excellent condition.

As expected from the fair cosmetic grading, there are very obvious nick and scratches in the body and screen of the unit which can still be mitigated with a phone case and a tempered glass. Nevertheless, for the price I got it with, it's sulit! One UI 8.5 was available right after I setup the device. I bought it for my younger brother and instead of settling with other brands with weak software and software support, I opted for older Samsung device which proved me right. I just had issues with the courrier (LBC) as the unit was delivered late but I was able to coordinate with CompAsia CS to address the issue and was eventually resolved. With the rising prices of phones due to RAM price increase, choosing an older phone which still has a competitive specs and more importantly, up-to-date software support is a much better choice.

Bought an S24 Ultra bundled with a brand new Tab A9+ 128GB WiFi. The phone had slight lift on its back panel and battery drains faster than expected, well it was 2+ yrs old anyway. Still smooth phone and okay for the price BUT compromised water resistance. I will try a newer unit next time. Item arrived 4 days after order. They also verified my payment method which is good. Still may recommend to some and might try newer models.
