Expectation:

Body:
The phone is nearly flawless with minimal signs of use, such as light scratches or blemishes.
Screen:
May have micro-scratches, but barely noticeable when the screen is on.
Expectation:
Expected to have subtle signs of use, barely noticeable during normal use.
Good
Body:
May have inconspicuous scratches and/or dents, apparent upon closer inspection.
Screen:
May have faintly visible scratches when the screen is on.
Expectation:
Visible signs of use, fully functional with slight cosmetic imperfections. Still performs just as well as "Excellent Grade".
Fair
Body:
Noticeable signs of use including visible scratches, blemishes and/or dents.
Screen:
Expected to have visible scratches and dents due to use.
Expectation:
Visibly used but fully functional. Cost-saving despite cosmetic imperfections.
