Device Diagnostic
Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive online store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your online store credit.

This was my first time trying COMPASIA. I placed my order on April 18, and it arrived on April 29 here in the Visayas. I didn’t expect much from the device since it was rated only as “Fair,” but to my surprise, it had just a minor, barely noticeable scratch on the side. Galaxy S23 Plus Excellent
It's my first time ordering a second hand device and it took me a lot of courage knowing that I have to pay first and the agony of overthinking that the device might not be delivered properly; most of all, if I'll get a defective device. Luckily, compasia remained true to its words that their devices are thoroughly checked. My S23 plus is definitely in excellent condition. There were no dents, and the camera are excellent. In terms of battery, it charges really well with my vivo charger and ipad charger. I also bought a ugreen adaptor, and the superfast charge is compatible with it. I can proudly suggests compasia to anyone who wants to save a lot and yet receive amazing product. Their customer service is also responsive when I emailed them about the delivery.
