Screen: Prominent scratches on the screen. Visibility of the screen is not affected.
Body: Noticeable scratches, visible spots upon close inspection. Possible discoloration, dents and dings on the body.

I received the unit in pristine condition. There was barely any scratches on the unit and looked like it was barely used. I did notice that the inside screen protector was replaced and showed the most sign of use. I'll probably get it changed when it starts coming off the display but even that I think wont happen until a year into using the device. Battery is also good, doesn't really drain that much. I haven't used data with it though but it does function with just about any sim. I'm really impressed and it exceeded my expectations of the unit. I just wish they put in a charging cable and a charging brick per order though. I just received the phone and nothing else.
I was so excited to receive my very first order from Compasia ^^ I bought Excellent quality, and the phone looks so brand new. No scratches at all. Shipping is relatively fast since I'm from the province, i received it within 3 business days after shipping out :) 2 weeks later, the phone is still ok! Madali nga lang uminit yung battery when my camera is on, but afaik, it's common with these flip phones. Will definitely recommend Compasia to my friends :)

Unit is as good as brand new... definitely a good buy..
Idk—maybe I was too excited—but it took a whole week just to get this phone, even though the courier’s branch or HQ is in Quezon City, and I’m just coming from Cavite. I got the "Good" grade, yes there are scratches but it's almost nonexistent, barely noticeable especially when you put a case on it and I got it in cream/white color.
The only thing that bothers me is that the manufacture's pre-installed screen protector got removed. As far as I know, it shouldnt be. Hopefully it won't cause any issues like touch sensitivity problems or damage to the screen.
