Ipad Air 2020 (Grey)

I got the space grey variant in fair condition. Packaged arrived with a few nicks and scratches on the side of the ipad but otherwise its been flawless. Managed to get a 84 battery health in my model. Found it by using a pc to look at the ipads analytical data.

I have a concern with my current purchase - if you will be able to help me find a replacement (even an item that is a little bit pricier - I am willing to pay), that would be great. I don't look for perfection; you are still one of the best stores, so keep it up. Note: I hope to hear from you about my request. ***Also, I forgot who delivered the item to me, whether it was LBC, but I got worried a little bit because on the first attempt, the rider called me, but he was not talking on the phone, and then he hung up, and then updated the status to delivery attempt failed.
