Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

it’s been a great purchase. The performance is still smooth, the battery lasts almost a full day if im not using it that much and the camera takes great photos. The screen is bright and clear, and aside from a few minor scratches, it looks perfect. it’s definitely worth it Considering I got the fair.
