Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive online store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your online store credit.

Efficient Customer Support

Im from Cebu City. Ordered Feb 19, 2025. received order Feb 25, found out it was defective (No Face ID), Returned Unit and face ID issue confirmed by Compasia, received the Replacement Unit Mar 22 (almost a month!), and 2nd unit is perfectly fine. Customer support is very responsive from the start. minus 1 star for all the hassle though :-)

Excellent condition

No scratches, no dents, no issues. The only problem i have is their courier service they choose to deliver the devices. But the phone itself, no problems at all. Battery life is still at 97%.
