Your device needs to be diagnosed by our production specialists to ensure proper resolution. The turnaround time for diagnosis is 2-3 working days. Please back up all your files and reset it to factory default before sending your device.

Very good

Using the phone is very good. So far I did not experience some issues with it. Though the battery health is 89 but it is okay, I just wish they should provide me a phone with a battery health of 95 or 93. Anyways the phone is great and it is my first iPhone ever. Will buy some phone soon

I bought an "excellent" iPhone 15 Pro Max 256gb hoping I could get a good battery health unit, however when I saw in the settings, it was only 86% Battery Health with 368 Cycle Count already, I was expecting a bit "brand new" condition.
